Enderta Regional Development Association (ERDA) is a non-profit association (corporation) incorporated under the law of District of Colombia and is organized under the non-profit public benefit corporation law for charitable purposes with in the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
The specific purpose for which this corporation is organized includes but is not limited to: Fund raising activities in North America to benefit the people of Enderta Region, in Tigrai, Ethiopia, by increasing community participation in self-help development activities and improving the quality of life by combating disease, poverty and ignorance.
The money raised will be used:-
-To build elementary schools, health centers, drill water wheels and other projects which will bring social and economic benefits to Enderta community.
-To fund health education programs and counseling services to benefit people who are affected by HIV/AIDS and other STDs, malaria etc.
-To provide financial and material support to needy students, orphans, widows and elders.
-To create competitiveness among students and create conducive situation for the quality of education.
Your donation will help us to bring our dreams to reality, our plans to be materialized, and the hopes of the needy community to flourish. It doesn’t only help us to bring a difference in the lives of the impoverished community. It will also help to save lives of many who are suffering and dying of preventable diseases.
